    This is a one-person shop of Lottie Fisher. Horrible customer service. We had our company health insurance through her and it was easier to get in touch with and get better service from calling Aetna directly—and they're known for having poor customer service. Any encounter with Lottie was like pulling teeth to get her to call you back or do anything. She gave us bad advice on more than one occasion which luckily for us was discovered when we engaged with a benefits consultant at another firm.

    I would highly recommend Ann. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she worked very patiently and thoughtfully through my legal issues. She was extremely responsive and it was a pleasure to work with her... If I ever had other legal issues Ann would be my first call.
